"Naughty Doug" is a surreal Adult life-sim where you play as Doug, the newest resident of a house full of beautiful women and your increasingly uncomfortable owner. Every day is a loop of exploring rooms, choosing who to hang out with, and picking activities that shift three core stats for each person: how much they like you, how comfortable they are with you, and how suspicious they are of what you’re up to. But there's trouble in paradise and you will need to help each character chose what path they'll take in life. Which is harder than it sounds... who listens to the Doug?

- Play as the mischievous "Doug": Experience the whole game from the perspective of Doug, the resident, over-sexed menace, as you roam from room to room deciding who to bother and how bold to be.
- Deep relationship & comfort systems: Each character has separate stats for how much they like you and how at ease they are around you. Raising one without the other can lead to very different reactions, scenes, and consequences.
- House-wide suspicion mechanics: Suspicion doesn’t just come from who you’re with. Anyone in the house can react to what you do: direct witnesses take a big hit, while people in other rooms can still grow uneasy if their trust in you is low. Will you play it safe or behave outrageously?
- Walk-ins, confrontations, and lockouts: Push things too far and the girls will banish you to the yard until you’ve cooled off (make Chuck snap and you'll get a ride to the "Dougie doctor"... snip snip!).
